Downloading required update files

To perform this procedure, you need:

  • A workstation with internet access.
  • Permission to download files from Customers can request permission by filing a ticket at the Zenoss Support site.
  • A secure network copy program.

Use this procedure to download the required files to a workstation and then copy the files to a location your hypervisor can use.

Perform these steps:

  1. In a web browser, navigate to, and then log in.

  2. Download the Zenoss Service Dynamics (ZSD) update file.

    Replace VERSION with the entire version number of this release (for example, 6.7.0):

  3. Copy the ZSD update file to a location your hypervisor can use (attach).
