Downloading required update files

To perform this procedure, you need:

  • A workstation with internet access.
  • Permission to download files from delivery.zenoss.io. Customers can request permission by filing a ticket at the Zenoss Support site.
  • A secure network copy program.

Use this procedure to download the required files to a workstation and then copy the files to a location your hypervisor can use.

Perform these steps:

  1. In a web browser, navigate to delivery.zenoss.io, and then log in.

  2. Download the Zenoss Service Dynamics (ZSD) update file.

    Replace VERSION with the entire version number of this release (for example, 6.7.0):

    update-zenoss-zsd-VERSION-1.x86_64.iso

  3. Copy the ZSD update file to a location your hypervisor can use (attach).
